Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Academic Counselor (Remote) to guide students and parents in choosing the right courses and programs. This is a work-from-home opportunity ideal for candidates with strong communication and counseling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents via phone, WhatsApp, Zoom, or email
• Explain course details, curriculum, and career benefits
• Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM
• Achieve weekly/monthly admission targets
• Handle queries and provide timely support
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong convincing and sales skills
• Comfortable with remote tools (Zoom, Google Meet, CRM, Excel)
• Self-disciplined and target-oriented
• Good internet connection and quiet workspace

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any field
• 0–3 years of experience in counseling / telesales / education sector
• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
