Responsibilities
Handle franchise counselling calls and inquiries
Follow up with interested franchise leads
Explain franchise business opportunities and support system
Maintain lead records and daily reports
Coordinate with the management team for closures
Skills Required
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge
Telecalling or counselling experience preferred
Positive attitude and professional communication
